指圧/ Shiatsu

リフレクソロジー

リフレクソロジーとは、『REFLEX(反射)』と『-OLOGY(「学」「論」の意味を表す名詞を作る接尾語)』を合わせた造語で、「反射療法」または「反射学」と呼ばれています。リフレクソロジーは、身体の各部分に反応する足の反射作用を利用した療法で、手と指による足底への刺激を身体の各部に反射させ、血行を促進し、身体に溜まった老廃物を排出し、疲労の改善など身体の恒常性を保たせようとするトリートメントです。
リフレクソロジーの歴史は遠くエジプトやインド、中国にまでさかのぼり、現在も世界各国でさまざまな形で行われています。

オイルマッサージ
